Academic Interventions
We provide structured academic support to ensure students consistently progress in their studies. This includes arranging tuition classes, collecting detailed feedback from teachers to identify improvement areas, and recommending reliable coaching centers in students’ local communities. Regular tests and mock assessments are conducted to monitor performance, track growth, and address learning gaps early.
Spoken English & Personality Development
We focus on students’ overall development by strengthening both written and spoken English skills while building confidence and self-expression. Students are provided access to computers and internet resources to enhance learning opportunities. We also recommend quality coaching centers locally, conduct periodic assessments, and gather teacher feedback to continuously understand how best to support each student’s progress and development.
Communication Development
We actively cultivate communication and presentation skills through structured exposure and practice. Students use online platforms to improve articulation and confidence, participate in tests and task-based activities aligned with their performance levels, and attend sessions led by motivational speakers who address relevant personal, academic, and social topics.
Reading Club
Our Reading Club is designed to strengthen students’ thinking ability, comprehension skills, and English proficiency. Participants receive weekly reading assignments along with guided activities that encourage deeper understanding, analytical thinking, and self-expression. The program is currently in place and periodically integrated into English classes, where books are discussed and reviewed together. We are working toward further structuring and expanding the initiative so it can operate more consistently and deliver even greater impact.
Technology, Robotics & STEM Exposure
Through our CSR partnership with Amazon, students participate in an intensive 120-hour Future Engineering Program covering Scratch programming, digital literacy, app development, web design, Python programming, web development using Python, and robotics. In addition, students completed a 20-hour Stemvers robotics program during the Diwali vacation for Grades 9, 10, and 11. Three students were also selected to attend a one-day robotics event in Mumbai, providing them with valuable exposure to advanced learning environments.
Leadership Development
We partner with organizations such as Oasis (Dream India Missile) to provide immersive leadership experiences. Selected students attended a 2-weeks residential leadership camp during their summer break. During this program, participants lived independently without family contact and engaged in innovative tasks, collaborative activities, and experiential challenges designed to build independence, resilience, teamwork, and leadership confidence.
Environment & Sanitation Awareness
We organized an educational visit where students and their families learned about environmental responsibility and sanitation practices. The goal was to build awareness while giving families meaningful exposure and practical understanding of these important life skills.
Sports & Arts Clubs (Planned)
We recognize the importance of creative and physical development. Dedicated sports and arts clubs are part of our future roadmap and will be implemented once students’ academic schedules allow sufficient time.
Summer Programs (In Development)
Structured summer initiatives are currently being planned, including leadership camps and skill-building experiences that allow students to explore interests, build independence, and gain real-world exposure outside the classroom.
Support for Visually Impaired Students
Many visually impaired students are typically guided away from mathematics in Grade 10 and encouraged toward Arts streams. However, two of our students demonstrated strong aptitude and genuine interest in math and science. We actively support and encourage them to pursue these subjects, ensuring they have the resources and confidence to follow their academic passions. This intervention also aims to inspire more visually impaired students to join our program and develop a love for mathematics and scientific learning.
