The Lightship Intitiative is designed to identify intelligent, underprivileged children from Classes 8 and 11 through a rigorous selection process. When selected, we take complete responsibility for the candidate's development from Class 9 until he/she graduates from college. This involves a 360-degree intervention, from education to music, English to personality development, structured mentorship programs to internships, and sports to summer programs. And finally, to identify their area of interest and help them prepare and excel in competitive exams. We prepare them for admissions in reputed colleges in programs like Computer Science, Chartered Accountancy, etc., whereby they have excellent career opportunities open to them upon graduation. We hope that every child nurtured through the program can, in turn, give back and, over his/her lifetime, impact 100 more lives.
